Moody would've seen Delphi, Albus and Scorpious in the maze

Did anyone else think of this? His magical eye could see through the hedges and he stunned Fleur as she ran past him as he patrolled the outside in book 4. He would've seen everything... Probably causing a massive ripple in time changing everything lol it's no big deal though just a fun fact. It's possible his eye could only penetrate a few layers of hedges.

It is very likly all his attentions were focused on harry, who was his mission. The maze was a very critical time in a drawn out plan, and he could easily have been oblivious to anything else.

Also, if he was close enough to see Cedric (And in turn the others), he probably would never have let him get to cup so close to harry. If Cedric had touched the portkey before Harry, Voldemort would never have been reborn.

O/T but I wonder if this is true. Didn't Wormtail tell Voldemort that it didn't have to be Harrys blood that they used to return him? It needed to be "blood of the enemy", which tbh could refer to 99% of the Wizarding World.

He could've resurrected himself with Cedrics blood, killed him and no witnesses besides the dozen or so Death Eaters present.

Note it says "blood of THE enemy" not blood of AN enemy.

There are much easier plot holes to point out than this one. Harry's scar hurting for no reason, Bellatrix having a completely unnoticed pregnancy, Albus and Scorpius being able to see James and Lily's house, we could go on all day.

Well, Barty Crouch Jr would have seen. And I doubt he'd care much if some kids get themselves killed.

Crouch was in Disguise

Barty Crouch Jr was using polyjuice potion to look like Mad-Eye Moody. However, being disguised as him did not give him the ability to see through the hedges like Moody, resulting in the kids not being seen. However, Delphi was not in the hedge with them, she had already stolen the Time-Turner and tried to stop Voldemort from killing Harry's parents, which led to his downfall.

You are wrong. Crouch was able to see like Moody did because it's not about him but about Mad Eye
