Hmm, probably;
-When Harry blew up that despicable woman (Marge Dursley), like a balloon.
-When Harry found out that Lupin and Sirius had been close friends with his father.
-When Professor Trelawney doesn't want to join the teachers and students for dinner, during the Christmas holiday, because according to her "when thirteen people dine together, the first to rise will be the first to die"
-The lesson about Boggarts (when Neville pictures Snape wearing his grandmother's clothes).

It's hard to choose just one!

Without a doubt the whole discussion in the Three Broomsticks about what happened with Sirius and Peter. I still think that is one of the best chapters in any of the books.

My favorite part is when Snape saved the trio from the transforming Lupin (if I remember correctly).
