Re: Why did the house cup bit at the end upset some.

I always got the feeling that it was more a lesson Dumbledore wanted to teach Snape than the students, by taking away the house cup from Slytherin.
He must have hear a dozen complains from the other teachers about Snape's way to give and take points, that this display was way to show up Snape in front of the other teachers.
