Percival Graves as a wizard

If we assume everything Grindelwald did of magic in the film up until the point where he took on about twenty Aurors at once is consistent with what the real Graves was capable of (since using magic beyond the capabilities of the person he impersonated would be a dead giveaway), how would you say his skills compare to the other MACUSA Aurors? Or even notable British ones like Moody, Tonks and Kignsley Shacklebolt?

I would say similar to your average distinguished auror, with the given advantage of authority.

I would actually say more so given how adept his at wandless magic.

That's a good point... probably a higher-up among aurors then. Between auror and Dumbledore level.
