I am guessing that everyone who's saw the movie, noticed that Harry, in the beginning of the movie, uses the incantation "Lumas" a few times. I thought magic for underaged wizards and witches is banned outside of Hogwarts. I mean in CoS, when Dobby used magic at Harry's aunt and uncle's house, a letter was saying that magic for underaged wizards and witches is banned outside of Hogwarts.












I hope I'm not repeating a thread, if so, I am sorry, I didn't mean to.
