Ginny would and COULD never let herself do something like that. She knows that Harry doesn't like Draco, and wouldn't want to upset him. She knows better than that.

It kind of reminds me of Snape and Lily...

I do think that Draco has a good side to him, just like Snape. But Lily was frustrated with Snape for his obvious involvement with the wrong people. I think it would be the same for Ginny and Draco. It could have been possible for them to have a friendship/romance in their childhood days...but Draco made his choices in life, and I don't think Ginny would put up with that.
