did u guys see that in the 2nd movie draco rips a piece if paper out of a book and later in the movie hermione is found with a ripped crumbled piece of paper in her hand hmmmm

thats wierd, but since it was only in the movie i dont think it has any significance

i think i remember it, but is the part ur talking about when harry and ron use polyjuice potion and become crabbe and goyle and are talking to malfoy in the slytherin common room?

yeah, I don't think it has any real significance. Draco as defacing property. I think it was to show he was bored and a psuedo-rebel.
When Hermone ripped the page out of the book it was for an emergency.
It showed two acts, the same actions but for different reasons. One was pointless and vindictive, the other was to save lives.
