Did anyone hear the Coke's Dasani and Pepsi's Aquafina are actually Public Sourced Water? Lol. I can't believe people are paying sometimes 3 dollars for tab water.

I hate water, so I rarely buy it. I don't think I've ever gotten either of those though. but that reminds me of Dilbert...how they sell mud from Elbonia

It's filtered tap water, though. Some people live in areas where the tap water from their sink isn't filtered well.
But now they have that Brita and Pur and whatever. The filters you buy in the stores work well and are less expensive in the long run. I'd suggest using those instead.

I love Brita.
My friend got a Pur filter for her sink. She told me she can flavor the water with it. I'm going there this weekend to investigate.

Reverse osmosis water filters ftw. They last forever and make the water taste great.

Really? Aquafina is a brand bottled water under the Pepsi Co. label.

People are just realizing now that's it's tap water and not from an actual mountain spring. Well, duh. They just put scribble of a mountain on it and people assumed it came from a mountain source.

It's website actually says it comes from a "public water source" and then explains how they purify it....

I work as a camp councelor. We recently took a trip to the local reclaimed water plant (it was rather smelly), and they told us that when you pay for water, you are paying and estimated 8,000 times the amount you would pay to get a glass from your tap. So not only are we paying them for water, we are paying for water taht is pratically free. Water companies are basically stealing for every one.

Coca-Cola's water products are more (slightly) than just tap water.
They put them through an extencive purification process, where as some of the cheaper water's are just thrown through iodine filtering and shipped to you.

But Pepsi's products are just filtered tap water (makes you want to bottle your own and sell it, doesn't it)
