What was your favorite quote in Deathly Hallows?

Mine was by far Mrs. Weasley yelling "NOT MY DAUGHTER, YOU BITCH!"

Yes haha. And the quote by Fred or George.. "he can move as fast as Snape can when presented with a bottle of shampoo"

And that whole discussion between Snape and Dumbledore in Dumbledores office when Dumbledores like "You care for him?"
"For him?"
Then Snape does his doe patronus to indicate that he cares about Lily.
Dumble: "After all this time?"
Snape: "Always."

I think that quote was beautiful.

^^ Haha, the shampoo the comment is so funny

"What's wrong with him?" croaked Fred, looking terrified. "Is his mind affected?"
"Saintlike," repeated George, opening his eyes and looking up at his brother. "You see... I'm holy. Holey, Fred, geddit?"

"Is this the moment" Harry asked weakly.

Those are just the ones I remember off the top of my head.

"Of all the ear jokes in the world, you chose holey!?" -George

"Just one more, Master." -Kreacher

"NOT MY DAUGHTER, BITCH!" -Molly (this made me cry, because I realized that she was scared for her family to fall apart. And, I'd hate to lose a kid.)

In my mind, this book was all about family and love. The whole series actually. That's why Voldemort fell. He had niether.

This is my pick, too.

Spoiler:

There was a pattering of feet, a blaze of shining copper, an echoing clang, and a shriek of agony: Kreacher had taken a run at Mundungus and hit him over the head with a saucepan.

"Call 'im off, call 'im off, 'e should be locked up!" screamed Mundungus, cowering as Kreacher raised the heavy-bottomed pan again.

"Kreacher, no!" shouted Harry.

Kreacher's thin arms trembled with the weight of the pan, still held aloft.

"Perhaps just one more, Master Harry, for luck?"

Ron laughed.

I just loved this line, first for Kreacher's actions/words, but also because it showed a change in Ron. I think this is the first time Ron actually respected something like a house-elf. His laugh showed this change.

Also,

"Do not pity the dead, Harry. Pity the living, and, above all, those who live without love." -Dumbledore

This basically summed up the entirety of the series for me. Everything that happened was based on the idea that love was the most powerful magic of all.

Though my favorite quote from the whole series was "It is our choices that define us, not our abilities"-Dumbledore.

you guys are going to hate me... haha...

"Many of our oldest family trees become a little diseased over time," [Voldy] said as Bellatrix gazed at him, breathless and imploring, "You must prune yours, must you not, to keep it healthy? Cut away those parts that threaten the health of the rest." [...] "... in your family, so in the world... we shall cut away the canker that infects us until only those of the true blood remain."

I just thought that was really eloquent, even if his idea was exponentially less pretty.

k, here's another in case you guys are thinking of hunting me down:
"What Harry did to Riddle's diary was one of the few really foolproof ways of destroying a Horcrux."
"What, stabbing it with a basilisk fang?" asked Harry.
"Oh well, lucky we've got such a large supply of basilisk fangs, then," said Ron. "I was wondering what we were going to do with them."

I'll have to look through the book again, it's late and I can't remember.

One "quote" though is not actually in the text, but the name of a chapter. I thought the name "The Forest, Again" was perfect.

My favourite quote isn't funny but I think it sums up the ethos of Harry and his friends perfectly. I get quite emotional reading it. Its from the chapter "The Battle of Hogworts" and is spoken by Neville's grandmother

'Have you seen my grandson?'
'He's fighting,' said Harry.
'Naturally,' said the old lady proudly.

Spoiler:

A few of my top favorites.. uhm..
-----
Definately when Trelawny drops the crystal balls on Fenrir, and all she says is "And I've got more!" -- Dont know why, But I found that hilarious. She's a witch. Yet she uses crystal balls instead of a wand?
-----
And when Molly's dueling Bella.
"NOT MY DAUGHTER, YOU BITCH" -- Definate fave, right from the start.
-----
Little Snape and Little Lily conversation.
"I know what you are."
"What do you mean?"
"You're... You're a witch." whispered Snape.
She looked affronted.
"That's not a very nice thing to say to somebody!" - haha <3
-----
And when they're talking about Luna being in Azkaban.
"She will." Said Harry. He couldn't bear to contemplate the alternative. "She's tough, Luna, much tougher than you'd think. She's probably teaching all the inmates about Wrackspurts and Nargles."

"We didn't hear stories like that when we were little, we heard Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Cinderella--"
"What's that, an illness?" asked Ron.

When Harry asks where they are in the King's Cross I like when Dumbledore replies, "My dear boy, I have no idea. This is, as they say, your party."

I don't know why, any Dumbledore humor is just funny.

And I like when Hermione is pissed at Ron and she goes, "Imagine losing fingernails, Harry! That really puts our sufferings into perspective, doesn't it?

Wow I can't believe this one hasn't been said.

Spoiler:

"News?" asked the taller of the two.
"The best." replied Severus Snape.

I thought this was a GREAT way to start the book and seal the whole Snape is evil theory. Even after I had read this line when the book was leaked it still stuck with me.

and

"Albus Severus,"

That part alone made me drop my jaw and nearly brought tears to my eyes. Just for the hell of it heres the rest of the quote.

...."you were named for two headmasters of Hogwarts. One of them was a Slytherin and he was probably the bravest man I ever knew."
