I always loved reading about the various portraits that ran between their frames in the school. It was so cool! My favourite was the Fat Lady in front of Gryffindor's tower. Any other favourites?? _________________ Snape: Do you remember me telling you that we are practising nonverbal spells, Potter?
Harry: Yes
Snape: Yes, SIR.
Harry: There's no need to call me "Sir", Professor. |

My favorite portraits were in the Headmaster's office... I love how they used to pretend to be asleep. And I adore how Harry thought he heard voices his first time there, and later on learned where they came from. _________________

That's my favorite one, too. He is a riot. Phinneus is also a funny one. I would love to have his wry sense of humor around the house. _________________

"Balderdash," said Harry dully.

| If Sir Cadogan is the portrait that replaced the fat lady when she was attacked, I agree. That portrait was hilarious. I love how the portraits have attitudes, such as when the Fat lady pretends that the password has changed when she was angry that Harry woke her up late at night. this is referring to the movies, but I think it was really funny when the fat lady was singing opera, trying to break a glass by her shrill songs, and eventually gave up and bashed it on the wall, only to say, "ooh....only with my voice..." (approx. quote). |

That's the one. He reminds me of an unromantic Don Quixote. _________________
