But he didn't. He probably would have taken the offer of protection from DD had Snape not killed him.

I used to have hopes that Draco wasn't all bad, but it is true that he was wavering and that's why Snape did it.

Parents make bad decisions sometimes, but that doesn't mean their children make the same ones. Draco could overcome his prejudices and see that his father was wrong.

technically he is a death eater, because he has the dark mark on his arm.
Only deatheaters get that.

in the end, I think he will go to the good side, or at least not help voldemort.

Actually Half-Blood Prince is the second-last book. JK-Rowling announced last year that the last book would be Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. But back to the topic, Draco just wants to get his father out of Azkabam he's not really the strong evil type of person that would become a Death Eater.

Feel sorry? Not complete remorse or regret for his actions. I just feel that Malfroy is not fitted for a lifetime service to Voldy and all that comes with that.
