i think potion subject same like chemistry but it quite differ in the type of things that they used. for example, chemistry used the element like sodiom, copper but potion used the herbals and animals part of body.

I think it's a lot like chemistry, except that chemistry had more to it. It's like the lab part of chemistry, but not the lecture part.

I hated the math part... but even math is used in Potions.

I hated the lab part, but I enjoyed the math part. Math is used in potions, but not extensively. Also, the lecture wasn't just about math. It was about Atoms, the periodic table of elements, famous scientists, etc.

i'm enjoy the organic chemistry than the physical chemistry..
because it's to much math and explanation..
not like organic just remember the chemical reactions and compounds..
feels like i want to go back to school study chem..
i'm miss chem so much.. |

you know what i have a funny story.... i was walking down the hall with my Bf right and i was like stressin out over my chemistry class... and i was tellin him all about it and then i was like, "why doe spotions have to be so hard!" and i like just caught myself and i juss laughed my ass off. he laughed too and said my HP obsession was creepin out. lol

I think chemistry is very similar to potions. Instead of culdrons you have your bunsen burners.

yeah i agree that it is like chemistry. they measure out ingredients, figure out their compositions, structures and reactions if mixed with another substance.
