I am getting stuck with the Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire PC game, I can't seem to get Harry to do exactly what I want him to do as he is constantly moving and not doing what I am telling him to do and am confused on how I can solve this problem.

Can anyone help me?

seems like a glitch. try uninstalling then reinstalling
