Well, my dream would be to be a pro quidditch player, but I don't know if that would really happen.
I think being either a teacher at hogwarts (for Care of Magical Creatures) or being a dragon tamer would be fun.
Shopkeeper could be fun too, depending on what type of shop though. i think i'd want a quiddich shop in diagon ally.

I wouldn't worry about it, there are so many professions out there, you couldn't possibly have listed them all.
This was a hard one... I went with Auror. Hogwarts professor and Shop Keeper both came in close second as a tie. But I figure I can still help George out with the shop in my free time. And although I would love to be a teacher, I could always satisfy myself with teaching my own kids (and other neighborhood kids the basics before they head off to Hogwarts.

I contemplated voting for Auror, but chose St. Mungo's Healer instead. I do have a love of biology/medicine/health. I bet it would be even more fun to heal in magical ways!

eww. I hate to think of a disease with "splatter" or "groit" in it for that matter. PS I read that as 'splattergroin' at first glance 
Splatter also made me think of projectile vomiting

I would like to be something akin to an ambassador. I can't think of a job that fits this description, but I know they exists. It would be like a muggle-wizard relations thing. All right, I'm not explaining myself very well. I would want something that includes travel and dealing with different people. I voted for ministry official, because I am wure that my position would be within the ministry.

Definitely not AIDS, or any stds... you can't get those by just going near a person, and no one would go near the fake Ron.
It would have to be something contagious, but not just through the blood or other bodily fluids. It would have to be something as contagious as the flu, but as serious as pneumonia, but with the icky factor of leprosy.

hmm... id say something even more contagious than that, but with the seriousness of AIDS.
