I've only read each book once and the first one twice.
I am rereading the whole series right now, and I've just started the first. I'm only on Chapter 4.
So to answer the question, I've read Goblet of Fire once, but it is tied for my favorite book with Deathly Hallows.

I've read it about 3 times. It's my third favourite book. My first favourite is Ootp and second favourite is DH.
