I don't know. But Draco had Luna locked away in his basement, and he clearly had no morals to speak of, so I wonder if he didn't go down and have his way with her. He could have just used the imperius curse or wiped her memory afterward. If he was pure evil, then what would stop him.

The PRESSURE!!! That was all it really was in Draco's life. He was a pureblood deatheaters son and all his family was put into Slytherin...who knows? Maybe when he was getting ready to be sorted he was thinking the same thing as Harry only "please, slytherin!"? And he would've said yes yes yes when they were asking him if it was Harry, Ron and Hermione - of course he knew it was them. So, when Ron was like "that's twice we've saved your life, you bastard", I think Ron was forgetting that Malfoy did actually kind of save their lives as well.
