I was thinking about something. If underage witches and wizards can only use their magic at school, but they are home schooled, can they use their magic then? I mean, in this book Harry got in trouble, but Rowling has said that magical children could be home schooled if their parents chose.
Just wondering. |

Well I think they obviously could if the ministry was aware of them being home schooled. _________________

The underge students are homeschooled before attending Hogwarts. They are taught how to read and write, do arithmatic... that sort of thing. They don't need magic for that. _________________

No, some students are taught magic at home as well. Not everyone goes to Hogwarts, as we learned in Goblet of Fire. |

Ohh, well yeah, of course once you start schooling then the Ministry would allow that. I guess the magic teaching would being at age 11 in the UK. _________________

if anyone chooses to learn magic by home school, i guess the ministry would let them, how else will they learn, off books? _________________
