my boggart is a giant cockroach. id make it funny by making it a gay cockroach who thinks he's a butterfly.

My boggart would be either a tornado or maybe lightning... Sad

I have no idea how to make it ridiculous. Any suggestions?

the tornade could turn out to be a stupid animal spinning on its heels. the lightning could become smaller and smaller until it becomes a scar on someone's forehead... i dunno.

same here. yeah... tornadoes and volcanic eruptions are scary. ive never seen a volvanic eruption, but the stories ive heard and the movie "dante's peak" is enough to make me scared of it.

i know another possible boggart - tsunamis! sharks!

yikes! i think id rather go for the tornado than tsunamis and sharks.

i cant make it funny. death is not something that can be made funny, i agree with you ginny. the most i can do with a dementor however is make it mundungus fletcher stuggling underneath the black cloak, carrying a horde of stolen goods, and looking oddly suspicious.

mine would be a tiger and I would make it turn purple with 500 hats balanced on its tail and seagulls going around its face

I guess my boggart would be my pets dying or my g/f dying.

I would make my g/f wake up and do a silly dance, that would make me laugh.

And if it was my birds, I'd make them fly around and poop on people's heads, cause I would really laugh hard then.

That is an interesting boggart. Your birds dying? I have never heard of anyone afraid of their birds dying.

Well an animal, I would be scared of snakes, I really can't stand them, even though I'm in Slytherin here on the boards. Embarassed

I'm not really scared of fire but I'm scared of cooking with oil. in December of 2005 I had a house fire while cooking with oil and had 2nd degree burns on 7% of my body (mostly my right arm).

So now when I do cook with it, I'm very anxious and spilling any of the oil on the burner freaks me out.
