It's an RPG game done by Konami... It's on both PS1 & PS2 as of now... there may be some coming out for the PSP & PS3...
It's a totally awesome RPG series btw... except for Suikoden 4

Suikoden 3 is... As far as I know it's only out in Manga form... however, if you watch the opening of the Suikoden 3 game, it's drawn anime-like...
You'll see what I mean if you watch it...
Another Video Game that is also anime is: Fate/Stay Night

Oh, the only anime based game I have ever played is Tales of Symphonia, and I loved that game. I beat it in a record 58 hours. w00t w00t!
