Okay use your imgination a picture Hermione and Ginny fighting. Who would win?
No matter what any of you idiots all think, Hermione would win both, a fistfight and witch duel. And any who agree with me you all rock!

True,...............but Hermione knows many more spells and is the all time best a magic. You can argue with me about the fistfight, but I still think Hermione, she can be motivated. She can fight as you saw in the 7th book. Just trust me on this one. Okay?

Hermone is good at spells... but at jinxes and hexes, well we don't know if she is "better" than Ginny at dueling.
They were both fighting Bellatrix when Molly jumped in, along with Luna. I think in dueling they would be very evenly matched. And I have seen no proof in the books that tells me Hermione would overtake Ginny in a vicious duel.

Hermione's worst subject was always DADA, and even if she did beat Ron in aduel once, Ginny's got that fire and her skill with hexes has been demonstrated over and over again. Ginny would just rock out. It wouldn't be close.

I said Ginny, because I was imagining a fist fight. Ginny is the athlete. Hermione would win in a duel, though. Even if DADA was her "worst" subject, Hermione was the best at everything. She was the one casting the protection charms in DH.

I'd have to say Ginny would win. Sure, Hermione is smart, but Ginny's known she was magical all her life and grew up with SIX older brothers. So, she's both defended herself all her life, as well as learned by example! You've got to be tough when you are the only girl, the youngest, with many older brothers. Very Happy

Ginny has practical tactics.

it depends which way you look at it.
in a fist fight, ginny would win.
in a spell-casting fight, hermione would win.
ginny's more powerful, but hermione knows more spells.
i went with ginny.

spell fight tie because ginny apparently can produce a really good bat bogey hex but then again hermione is basically good at any spell she learns

I'd say they were reasonably evenly matched in a duel, but I'd bet on Hermione to win. She probably knows more advanced spells than Ginny, whereas the most you hear about Ginny is a Bat-Bogey Hex (which I hope we see in HBP)
In a fist fight, Ginny. She's be more 'into it' than Hermione, if you get what I mean.
