I have dial up from People PC. I can't even get DSL or High Speed or basically anything but dial up and satellite which its outrageously priced and from what I heard from people I know it isn't that much faster than dial up for $70 more a month.

I run high speed 20 Meg insight broad band. (Insight broad band 20.0)
Honestly, who in there right mind uses dial up if there are other services available to them?

The only reason why I don't get satellite is because of the $70 price difference and that's for the slowest speed available. Which is roughly twice as fast as dial up. My sisters boyfriend who lives not far from here got satellite and he says its not worth it for the price difference.

The one I did was wireless, I think the results will come out better if I do a wired test. I'll do it tomorrow.

You do not switch servers, you switch ISP's (Internet Service Providers)

At home, I just upgraded from the 5meg service to the 10meg cable internet through Charter. The performance isn't too great for what they promise. Below is my connection test from work (which limits download to some extent, but nice upload):
