lol ginny has heard me ranting about this in the chat. personally I don't like it. whenever ice cream cake is served I feel jipped. there is no cake in ice cream cake! its a mound of ice cream with graham crackers or oreos crushed over it, icing and sprinkles. I'm not that big a fan of icing either, way too sweet and detracts from the cake.
Why have ice cream cake (which is in fact, no cake at all) when you could have cake AND ice cream? I really don't get it. but everybody is always so excited for darned ice cream cake. WHY?

ha thats probably what started it all. some parents ate the kids cake and was like quick lets mold the ice cream into a cake like structure and tell them its ice cream cake but build it up to sound really really cool and the poor kids fell for it and now we are forever being deprived of cake. its a conspiracy. all the parents and the bakers want to keep the cake to themselves.

I enjoy ice cream cake better than real cake. I have always found cakes too sweet and my local gourmet ice cream shop makes a delicous ice cream cake.  |

I ate is WAY too much. I couldn't go through an entire day without eating it. I just hated myself for it, so I had to do something drastic. I'm trying to to eat sweets at all. In the past two and a half week I've only had to cans of sugary soda (I don't count diet soda in my resolve) and a piece of angel food cake (OMG, it was SOOO good!)

Aww I don't eat chocolate everyday like you did, but I definitely do indulge when I come across some.

...how on earth is cake too sweet but ice cream isn't? maybe if you scraped all that frosting they always pile on top off, then you'd get down to the cake itself, which isn't too sweet like all that glop.

lol you're crazy. anyway, I'd rather either have cake and ice cream or a sundae bar. with a cake you take what you get, with a sundae bar you can customize it to your own tastes.

Sundae bars are nice
Well, basically my liking for ice cream cake is that I don't like cake. Sometimes it isn't too sweet, but it just tastes bad. |
