My mom and I disagree on this, she thinks that Bill and Fleur are her parents, but it never specifically says. Personally I think she's George's daughter, or maybe Charlie's. What do you think???

Definitely Bill and Fleur's. Her name is French, it was kind of a huge hint.

Didn't JK confirm that Victoire is Bill and Fleur's daughter? Anyway, her name is French so I have no doubt she is Fleur and Bill's.

I read the epilogue, and when I read Victiore, my mind screamed Bill and Fleur. SO I agreed and so I have always believed she was their daughter, and then that article proved it.

There is ABSOULUTELY no question that she is the daughter of Bill and Fleur. Her name was French and I was able to quickly conclude that she was their daughter. JK confimed this afterwards. Also, for you all that thought Victoire was George's daughter - JK said in her interview that his first child's name was "Fred".

i know its bill and fleur, cause in an interview jk said it was. george has one known child (read interview or search on google) he names him Fred.

Think about it logically, Victoire had to be born pretty soon after 'cause Teddy was like nineteen and unless George and Charlie found wives and settled down real quick the most likely parents would be the married brother, Bill. Oh and as everyone else said, the name's a dead give away.

Yeah, she is french, hint hint*. I never thought Fleur was that good of a motherly type, but in parts of HBP and DH sje really seems like a caring person so I am really interested to see how she, Victoire, and Bill go as a family.

I find it sooooooo sweet that George named his son Fred Sad

! I wonder if his hair will grow over one of his ears or something and George will start making ear jokes Laughing

If you go to JKR's website there is an eraser, if you click on that it will change the screen to a door and you click on the handle, then click on the death eater mark and it will show you a whole family tree thing and it tells you who everyone in the Weasley family married and who the kids are.
