remove the years of experience that dumbledore and tom riddle. put everyone on an even playing field. who do you think?

Tom Riddle Jr.
I was really close to saying Dumbldore or Hermione.But then I thought of how even at such a young age Tom Riddle could control his magic,albeit he used it cruelly but it is still magic. |
