Did anyone else disagree with how Umbridge and her squad was able to blast their way into the room of requirement in the movie??? It really makes me wonder how they will setup the 6th and 7th movies.
The room of requirement was so important in the last 2 books, that having someone simply blast their way in defeats the purpose of the room...don't you think??

no. they had cho with them to tell them where the DA was and how to get there. cho said it, and then they went there and saw the room and blasted it.

OOOOHHHH!!!! They were able to see it because Cho was there and made the room appear...THEN they blasted the door open. Damn...that one got by me. *smacks himself* DUH!!

(Shouldnt this be moved to the movie section for OotP) I also thought that it was a bit ridiculous that they blasted the door down. What was wrong with capturing them as they were leaving as was so in the book?

Well it would have taken a while to do it how it was in the book but i thought it was alright how they did it. But there replacing a quite a few people with cho like in the 6th movie she is the one that is going to be cursed by the necklace not the chaser i forgot her name ginny help me out with that.

Katie Bell? I believe she is still going to be cursed, last I heard. I know they cast that part.

| Mariette Edgecombe told on the D.A because her mom worked with the Ministry Of Magic, in the book. I just don't know why Cho told them though, in the movie. |

In the movie it was the veritaserum that Umbridge got from Snape. She used it on Cho. Hermione also mentions that Cho's mom (or was it her dad?) works for the Ministry. But, yeah, that was in the movie, not the book. Stupid changes.

That would really annoy me if they changed that. It's bad enough that they made it Cho that ratted them out, but if they changed this, too? How dumb.

Yea but I see how it can work for them considering the movie is supposed to be on Harry and Ginny's relationship. They can make Harry worry for Cho and have to decide who he likes more Cho or Ginny.

The problem I had with that change was... there was no resolution to harry and Cho's relationship. Everyone was angry at Cho for tattling, but since it wasn't her fault she told (she was under the influence of veritaserum) then wouldn't Harry forgive her? Of all the problems that Harry and Cho had in the books, they left them all out. As far as I can see, Harry had no reason to break up with Cho in the movies. So when the HBP movie starts... will they be going out? I mean, probably not, but why not? The film makers gave us no reason to think Harry would be done with Cho.

Yea I completely agree with you they made Harry look like jerk because he left for a reason that she had no control over
