What do you think of Remus Lupin? what, in your opinion, does his character have that makes him so popular?

| He was excellent before his death in the books. In the movies i dont really think the actor fits him. I mean he does a great job, but i always pictured him looking like the book puts him. But, i guess its alright. |

i have to admit, i thought he would be more attractive, still old but a little more dashing. But the actor they got was awesome! He's such a good lupin!

David Thewlis is a great actor, I think he plays the role real well. Yes I agree about being thinner after all he was meant to look sickly and pale. when we first see him he does.

Yes lol
I attend cosplay events as characters, becuase of the moustache I often go as Lupin for talks and to animate parties.
Hence the interest really having to research everything is like..gaarrr

David Thewlis, is a graet actor. though not exactly what i thought Remus Lupin would look like (but then again no-body ever does look like how we think, when we rread a book).
I think he was GREAT. i could not name anyone else that could play that role better. he seems to pull of the look, old, weather worn and mysterious...

Deffinatly and even though he looks shabby, and haggerd he's still a nice guy. One of the best characters!!
I think out of all the Professors we've seen Remus has been the best.

Oh yes i agree 100%. out of all the Defence Against The Dark Arts. Remus is far far far the best..

Moody would have been great had he not been fake, even though Remus is a werewolf he's still a great professor and one of the best Order members too.

There is nothing bad in this guy... Okay the werewolf thing is an issue but that is what 3 days in a month. i think we all have times where we could kill somone in a month...
But he's so kind and in a way gentle that when reading you forgive that he is essentially a rabbid animal, who'd kill if he saw you. |

the guy isnt fat, but he isnt thin either

I knoe what you are saying, but I pictures Snape and Dumbledore both as thin too. The first Dumbledore really fit the description. This new Dumbledore and Snape really don't fit the book descriptions at all. Neither does Lupin. I still want him as much as the Lupin in the book, though.
