This isnt really a problem, but I was wondering, would it be a good idea to put a Cbox on this forum? Its basically just a little box you can put at the bottem of the page that you can post on, kind of like instant messaging, and all the members can see it and post in it.
It would just be good for saying hi, asking how everone is, stuff like that, cos no ones going to post a thread just to say hi.
Thank you for the suggestion. I do not believe that we will be implementing this feature in the near future. In our forum, many people use PM (Private Messaging) to send messages to each other. Additionally, this would pose a potential moderation challenge. Personally, I feel that these types of areas generally are used for content of little value. Instead, posts should be made in the forum instead of a chat area. Again, thank you for your feedback. _________________
