I have a photo i'm trying to upload (Of me) but it was editored on a DVD as part of a special feature item. I'm having trouble uploading it and was wondereing if you could help, it's a jpeg obviously but it refuses to come up on the screen when I click on it (Or file and open).

Where are you trying to upload the file (what webpage)? Are you trying to do this in your Profile for you avatar? I'm not sure what exactly is going on. If you're not sure how to describe what you're trying to do, please review this guide regarding signatures, avatars, and posting images. _________________
Save and upload the image on Photobucket.com or any other photo website. then you may copy and paste the url or jpg or whatever it is this website accepts. you can make a free account on Photobucket.com and upload your photo (photo bucket accepts every type of picture format) and from there you can change its format to fit this website.
If you want to resize it you can go to resize.it
