Yes, There should be a little house icon on the top of your browser. It should be near the navigation bar that says "File, Edit, View, ect ect.."
If you still can't find it let me know and i will Screen shot it for you ?

go to tools and then options and copy and past the pf url into the box after it says "homepage", then click ok

for IE it is contrail panel>Internet options>homepage area>type the URL address
