I was just wonderin wat ppl thought was on the cover of HBP in the US.Either the pensieve or the goblet thing with the locket.

I always thought it was the Pensieve, it never occured to me that it might be the basin.

When I read the book it was kind of plain that it was the basin in the middle of the lake Razz Honestly.

Yeah...I mean I remember before it came out we were all like ooo penseive but some people thought it might be some sort of potion. so when I got to the cave potion part I kind of assumed that's what it was on the cover.

Apparently is must really be the basin since it's set on a pedestal, and Harry is holding his (lit?) wand. Also the green cover is probably a reference to the "greenish light".

I'm pretty sure that its the basin because when DD and HP are in the office then they are calm and relaxed apposed to when they were in the cave at
