What is the shop called where they get there robes from in Diagon Alley? Is there one in Hogsmeade as well? if so what is that called?

there has to be another one that isn't mentioned because i think that in the second book when ginny is getting her school supplies that mrs. weasley tells her she has to get her robed from the second hand shop....

There is a second hand shop, but I doubt the Malfoy's would shop there. the other store Narcissa mentions in HBP is called Twilfitt and Tatting's that we can only assume is on or near Diagon Alley.

No, you can apparate there, too. The trio did that in DH.
The only clothing store I know of in Hogsmeade is Gladrags Wizardwear. Harry buys Dobby socks there in GoF.

Also, let us not forget that HArry and DD apparate from and to Hogsmeade when they went to retrieve the locket from the cave.

^Mundungus apparated out of Hogsmeade, so if he left, I'm sure others can appear. I gave one example, I wasn't aware I was supposed to give all of them.

Yes, and you can also take a flying car there. Voldemort flew there. And probably a thestral and about a hundred other things that I'm sure you are all waiting for me to list.
