i remember reading on of mugglenet.com in the section of loose ends where the question was posed that were dumbledore and sirius really dead?
well JKR confirmed that DD was really dead but never mentioned sirius!
obviously sirius came back to life in the book due to the resurection stone as with James, lily and lupin. this made me realise that JKR had deliberatly left out that info due to creating a rather large up roar.
secondly, regarding the resurection stone, why didnt harry bring back DD as well, he would have been able to talk to harry more appropriatley before he went to be "killed" by voldy. Thus leaving the question when Harry was in the world between the living and the dead could have been left out and although i liked that particular scene will it be left out of the movie?
your opinions please. |

firstly, it was made explicit that the stone does not really bring people back from the dead. just shadows of them.
and I don't think he brought dd back because...he might have still been mad at him at the time.

yes, sirius died. when he went through the veil he went from the world of the living to the world of the dead, pretty much.
and if DD had told harry he wasn't going to die before he got avaka kedavra-d by voldemort, then harry wouldn't have gone through with it. it's the same reason snape and dumbledore never told him while they were living.

| I agree with you. If DD had told Harry, that he wasn't going to die, Harry wouldn't have gone to Voldemort. |
