I just wanted to know if the cabinet mentioned in chapter "At Flourish and Blotts" is supposed to be the one used in the Half-Blood Prince. Here's the quote from the chapter, it's shortly after Harry's arrival at Burgins and Burkes due to his half-failed Floo Powder travel:

"...and one of them was the very last person Harry wanted to meet when he was lost, covered in soot, and wearing broken glasses: Draco Malfoy.
Harry looked quickly around and spotted a large black cabinet to his left; he shot inside it and pulled the doors closed, leaving a small crack to peer through. Seconds later, a bell clanged, and Malfoy stepped into the shop."

Yes, that's is exactly the cabinet used.

In CoS, harry hodes in there from Lucius and Draco.

Later on, Sir Nick talks Peeves into dropping the cabinet to distract Filch from Harry's detention.

In OotP Fred and George push Montague into a broken vanishing cabinet...

When Montague returns, he tells Draco that he heard voices from both Hogwarts and Borgin and Burkes. Draco figures out what the cabinet is.

Draco spends a good portion of HBP trying to fix the cabinet in order to sneak Death eaters into Hogwarts.

Oh man, if I had the patience to think of everything like this within ten minutes, I would have the same brains as you! You're a genius!

That's probably what broke it, to be honest, and after that they placed it in the Room Of Requirement.

...Of course that's what broke it. Filch comes back into the office muttering about how Peeves broke it.
We don't know what Filch did with it, but it makes the most sense that the cabinet went into either the bathroom or the RoR.
The bathroom, because that is where Montague turned up... and also where Draco went to cry. The RoR because that's where Draco worked on fixing it and where the DE's snuck in from.
My theory is that Draco dragged it from the bathroom into the RoR at some point.

Harry was in there. In CoS, he was in the cabinet in Borgin and Burkes. He just didn't travel to the other cabinet, though.

I think it was because the door wasn't closed all the way.

Yes, it was broken in CoS when Peeves dropped it. You can scroll up where I explained it in more detail...
