I'm just saying that you shouldn't go by what polls say. I also think it's stupid for people to say who won or didn't win a debate. There is no winning or losing until the election in finished and a new President/Vice-President is elected. I'm not saying that either Biden or Palin won or lost. I'm saying that we won't actually know until next month. _________________ "Enter, stranger, but take heed

Again you're confusing the "election" with the "debate".
No one is suggesting that because Obama performed well in a particular debate that he's going to win the election.
They're saying that in this particular debate Obama outshined McCain in all quarters - content, policy, delivery. Thus winning the debate. _________________
It's not just polls that are saying this, though...
It is possible to win debates, I mean, haven't you ever debated in school? I think that might be where the confusion is... polls aside, professionals are saying who they think won or lost the debate. Of course, the truest contest will be election day. _________________ Blame it on a simple twist of fate. ~ Bob Dylan
I think we'll just have to agree to disagree. _________________ "Enter, stranger, but take heed
