So my dad just started reading the series a few days ago, and he skipped Chamber of Secrets and just watched the movie. I told him it was the one that was most accurate to the book, other than Sorcerers' Stone, which he needed to read to get the proper background. Is there anything big that the movie missed? I didn't catch anything. _________________

They lave out all the parts where Harry meets Colin and Justin. When he meets them he learns they're muggle-borns. So when they turn up petrified it's a bit confusing as to why them. There is also the part where Harry finds the scrap of paper in Hermione's hand. He talks about "the rooster's crow kills him" or something and how "it all fits." They took out that scene, as well, so it makes no sense. The story it self sort of drags in movie, the book is much more exciting, I think. _________________

| Those of the things you mentioned are little. And Harry does meet Colin. When Collin takes a picture of Harry and Eroll brings Ron a howler. |
