Moviefone posted up their second annual list of the 25 hottest actors under the age of 25. A few Harry Potter actors have made the list...
25 Under 25: Hollywood's Hottest Young Stars
Emma Watson
Spoiler:
Age: 18
Years on List: 2008
What She's Done: As Hermione in five 'Harry Potter' pics, Watson has blossomed in front of eyes, from cute kid to -- dare we say it -- hot young adult.
What's Next: She'll voice Princess Pea in this winter's 'The Tale of Desperaux,' then really break out of the 'Potter' mold in '09's 'Napoleon and Betsy.' Of course she also has three more 'Potter' hits on the way.
Industry Buzz: "She is one of the brightest people I have ever met, with a razor-sharp mind," says 'Harry Potter' producer David Heyman. "After seeing her work in 'Half-Blood Prince,' I can assuredly say she can do it all. She is a great comedienne, and brings real gravitas to the dramatic scenes."
Daniel Radcliffe
Spoiler:
Age: 19
Years on List: 2007, 2008
What He's Done: Best known as the beloved boy wizard from the 'Harry Potter' films, he's also made headlines by going full frontal for the London stage revival of 'Equus.'
What's Next: 'Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince' is due in theaters next summer, and -- after putting his "wand" on display in the Broadway run of 'Equus' -- he'll return to London to begin filming the two-part 'Potter' finale, 'The Deathly Hallows.'
Industry Buzz: "As you can see by the work he has done outside of 'Potter,' he embraces challenges," says 'Potter' producer David Heyman. "He is a remarkably curious young man who is eager to be the very best at whatever he does, yet retains great humility and decency."
Robert Pattinson
Spoiler:
Age: 22
Years on List: 2008
What He's Done: The Londoner was Hufflepuff Quidditch stud Cedric Diggory in two installments of 'Harry Potter' ('Goblet of Fire' and 'Order of the Phoenix').
What's Next: Hopefully 'Potter' hysteria prepared him well for playing vampire dreamboat Edward Cullen in the next page-to-screen phenomenon, 'Twilight.'
Industry Buzz: "His career could be extremely unique," director Catherine Hardwicke ('Twilight') tells us. "He's a powerful, sexy leading man and slips incredibly well into different periods and styles. I'd also love to see him work on Tim Burton-esque films where he has the opportunity to create completely wild, original characters that become classics."
Many other actors have made the list, including Kristen Stewart, Ellen Page, Shia LaBeouf, Michael Cera and others.

Three actors I would've chosen aswell. Rupert Grint would've been close to being in the 25 I bet, probably near 26-31.
Rupert Grint is 20 years old, two years younger than Robert Pattinson.
Why Rupert Grint wasn't chosen, I don't know. I would have liked him to have been on that list, personally. _________________ Blame it on a simple twist of fate. ~ Bob Dylan "To commemorate a past event, you kill and eat an animal. It's a ritual sacrifice. With pie." ~ Anya <3

Because this list is made up of actors and actresses who the author of the article believes will be famous, and be quite famous in Hollywood, even in the year 2018. Basically the writer of the article believes these people will be the next Tom Hanks, Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, Johnny Depp, etc.
Though, I don't believe any of the people listed are as good as the actors I just mentioned. And seriously, I don't see any of the Potter actors becoming prominent in Hollywood or having a commercially successful career, after all the Potter movies are said and done. Daniel has the best chance of making it into the big leagues, but I really don't see it happening.
Oh, and by Potter actors, I'm referring to the likes of Daniel, Rupert, Emma, Tom Felton, and Bonnie Wright, not the likes of Gary Oldman. _________________
I think Rupert Grint has a very good chance of moving on after Harry Potter, more so than Emma Watson. She already announced that after the Potter films are over, she'll be taking time of fto attend school. That time off could be detrimental to her career. It could mean the whole difference of whether people remember her or not... and starting over fresh isn't the easiest thing to do when you're already so known as "Hermione from the Potter movies." She has on ly done two projects since beginning the Harry potter films, one of them a voice in a cartoon and the other a made-for-tv movie that hasn't aired overseas. Daneil and Rupert have done much more to make themselves known as other characters and always receive rave reviews from critics. There was emmy talk when Daniel's "My Boy Jack" aired in the US and Tony talk when Equus went into rehearsal on Broadway. I still remember when Driving Lessons came out and the reviews I read all raved about Rupert and how he outshined Laura Linney.
Besides Emma Watson getting the nickname "One Tale Watson," according to her, there has been nothing to seperate her from the millions of other aspiring actresses, except her big name as the "Harry Potter girl"... and once she leaves to study for schoool, that nickname could drift away with her. She'll be left without much to go on from there. _________________ Blame it on a simple twist of fate. ~ Bob Dylan "To commemorate a past event, you kill and eat an animal. It's a ritual sacrifice. Daniel> Rupert>>>> Emma
Yeah, I think that's pretty obvious. Yeah, that's right, I put Daniel ahead of Rupert! _________________
I've seen Daniel in My Boy Jack and December Boys... and I've seen Rupert in Thunderpants and Driving Lessons. I thought they were all really great in those movies. I can't say which one I think is a better actor of the two, although I agree that Emma Watson really isn't on par with them. I think she has potential, but she isn't working up to it... if anything, I think her work on the Harry Potter movies has declined. What I mean is, I think she was better in the earlier movies than the more recent ones. _________________ Blame it on a simple twist of fate. ~ Bob Dylan "To commemorate a past event, you kill and eat an animal.
