(**Warning, DH spoilers**)

Hello everyone Smile What a beautifully designed forum this is!

After an insanely busy year, I only just read the Deathly Hallows last week! Sad, I know, so I'm a little late to the Snape/Lily heartbreak party. :S Like most others, though, I really loved it and can't wait to see how they translate it into the DH movie next year. Smile

I also have a question for everyone else out there who scours through artwork of their favourite characters. There is one in particular I am trying to find on Deviant Art of a teenage Snape laying his head on a book. I have a cheap copy I cut from a youtube still that I have used here as my avatar, and you can see it better in this vid at the 50-second mark:

I have found all of my other favourite art pieces except this one, so if anybody knows the proper title or the artist, please let me know, you will absolutely be my hero!

Thanks very much everyone, I am looking forward to many HP discussions with you guys! Smile

I'm not quite sure who this artist is. But he sure is good I agree with you, and you can introduce yourself in the introductions and the artwork could have instead been displayed in the Hogwarts Gallery.

Last week? You got to be kidding. You post like you read it when it came out!

I found it life-like, but not too life-like. It was really good, but not at the stage of brilliant yet.

That was really good! I just really hate the song because it's constantly played at my work. Mad

It is a beautiful piece, isn't it? And I do like that it's not quite "perfect", but is very expressive emotionally. I agree that it shows an artist who is going to do nothing but improve with time. Smile (I agree that it is unfortunate that the Enrique song has been so overplayed, like most half-decent pop songs. Razz )

On a much more shallow note... Snape also looks downright hot it in, lol! Razz Sorry, had to throw that in.

(Isabelle, thanks, I've added a post to the introductions page now. Smile )

Cheers!
