Although this game isn't the greatest in the world, i liked it for the scale of Hogwarts, everything's mapped out perfectly from the movies and JK Rowling visions of what it looks like in the books. I got it from my aunt for Christmas, but I'm prolly gonna trade it in after i complete it/ get all the Achievements for it.
Does anyone else like it at all? _________________ Xenu.net

I <3 the OotP game. It's one of my favorites out of them all. I like how big they've made Hogwarts and have stayed true to the description of Hogwarts. It's a nifty game. I also like the rewards found in the Room of Rewards, those are cool. _________________

I loved it, but I beat it in 2 days.
I just wish there was stuff to do after you complete the game 100%, besides play exploding snap/chess/gobstones...
It has a bad replay value. |

This game got terrible reviews and is supposed to be the worst of all the HP video games, with the exception of the first one |

I just couldn't get INTO it lol. I played the demo for it and it seemed cool and all but some of the spells were hard. You know how you have to move the analog sticks and stuff to do the spells? (I have a PS3 so I am referring to THAT controller lol) Well I thought it was very hard to do that lol. Some spells were simple with just a few flicks but I think it was wingardium leviosa or something that was just too frustrating to do! lol. So, the demo put me off getting the actual game, unfortunately _________________ "My Logic is Never without Reason..." |

I liked it because of how when you enter different room it doesn't take an hour and a half to load, and you continually run through Hogwarts. Also DON'T BUY IT FOR WII, it is too hard trying to aim the remote to the item in the game....... _________________ "Don't count your owls before they are delivered." |

I got this game a while back now.I really enjoyed it thought it was done very well and most of the characters had the correct voices. As people have said though the reply value isnt all that great,if you were able to play quidditch online or duel online that would be great.
Overall i was very impressed with the game, just wished i went through it on hard first so i got the extra 100 gamerpoints, but i suppose it gives me a exscuse to go through it again |

I really loved this game
but you must know that the players views is based mainly on how much they love the game
My son loves the game and is expecting me to get him the new one for the new year.
What I mean to say is that the players love the game no matter what the reviews are. _________________ Tamer the EGYPTIAN |

I think Hogwarts was amazing in this game. Everything was perfect. I have always admired and loved Hogwarts castle and there it is exactly the way it should be.
I like that even after Voldemort there is lots to do at Hogwarts. All the portrait passwords and other chalennges were great I think. _________________

I recently got an Xbox 360 and I'm wondering if it is worth getting this game? I could probably find it cheap pre-owned if so.
From what I've read here, I'm really interested. OotP wasn't my favourite movie but the game sounds fun and true to the books. I have the first two games and Philosophers Stone is my favourite. Thats mainly down to nostalgic reasons though, but nonetheless I just love that game.
I have Prisoner of Azkaban on PC too, but for complicated reasons I can't/haven't played it.
So is it worth the buy if I can get it used and cheap? Can you explore Hogwarts freely or is it divided into levels? And is there any other characters from the book that wasn't in the movie in the game? I loved how they had Peeves in Philosophers Stone game. |
