I've been thinking and thinking and i can't figure where or even when they shower on campus. It never mentions them showering and doesn't even ever mention them using the restroom.
Maybe they can just magically siphon all the dirty stuff off of them thus not needing a shower. |

Well usually any books, movies, and tv never show the main characters in the bathroom because its not what a reader wants to know about. I believe that they have a bathroom in their dorm that they share. But it has to be in their house

Harry takes a bath in the fourth book. Hermione mentions how awful it is trying to have a pee while Moaning Myrtle is crying in the next stall in CoS. Ron and Ginny take baths after a particularly muddy practice quidditch session in OotP. We know they exist. But it would be pretty boring if JKR wrote in everytime about how they shower and brush their teeth.
