well the summary of the video says it was an april fool's day joke. and there's nothing about it on imdb. but wow a lot of effort to put in a prank.
but it has convinced me that they should make a movie out of it. that would be sweet.

The guy playing Link doesn't fit the part at all... That trailer was mostly based off of OoT, yet before he pulls the sword he looks at least 18, then once the sword has been pulled he looks exactly the same, when 7 years should have passed.
I know this is fake but you would think if you were going to put all that effort into it at least stick to the story.
And Zelda looked like she was forty... And who was that man in the hood? I wasn't aware Deckard Cain was a Zelda character.
