Where did he get the food when they were hiding in grimmauld place? Also, nevermind that, where did he get food when sirius was in azkaban?

I think it was a too-quick change, but since he had a taste of what it was like to not be serving the Black's, he enjoyed it immensely and that's what changed his mind.

He's a good elf. Smile
