Well I think Ron is going to go. Hermione might, but she's too smart! I don't want Harry to go so I won't jinx it and say his name! Smile

I think Ron will die because he is the closest person to Harry...

Ron also doesn't have the drive to get himself through tough situations. He's the type of guy who pretends to be brave and tries to act brave, but ends up getting scared away in the end. Or thats the impression I get!

hey Ron followed the spiders, sacrificed himself on that knight, went into the CoS (he would have gone farther if the wall of rubble hadn't stopped him), I'm sure he would have helped save Sirius in PoA if he hadn't been out cold, and he went to the DoM with Harry in OotP and in the 6th book he fought the death eaters. He's gotta be brave guys. I think its just the opposite of what you say. He worries a lot and gets himself worked up about things but when it comes right down to it he pulls through.

I don't think any of the trio will die...well at least Ron and Hermione, but on the covers they are all scratched up from something.

I used to think that Ron would die for sure. Only because I figured one of the trilogy must die (JKR seems pretty hot on death). At first I thought Harry, but the Hero dying at the end of a series is so Overdone, I got to thinking that maybe she would break the mold and allow him to live. I still kind of feel that way.

She has said that she see's herself in Hermione more than anyone else in the series, so I figure Hermione is kind of her alter-ego. Would she kill herself in the series? Naaa.

So that left Ron.

But lately, reading interviews, I have reached the conclusion that she is going to let all 3 live. Too many things said for me to repeat them as to why I believe that, but that is my latest feeling.

It is extremely possible.
I don't think Ron will be killed off, but I think a Weasley will be.
I'm not so sure about Hermione though.

I hope none of them die.

I can't get the image of their game of hangman out of my head. The one from Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them... Ron lost the game and Harry tells him he dies. He then drew a picture of a spider on it. The word Ron couldn't guess was Acromantula. I really, really hope that wasn't some foreshadowing.

I think you are right a Weasley will die and I think it will be Ginny. Harry's ex-girlfriend, Ron's little sister and a close friend of Hermione. It ould affect all of the trio profondly and mess with their heads. Also I think it is safe to say that Voldy will die (thebad guy at the end of the series allways does), but I feel hee'll take harry with him. With Harry dead there is no pressure on JK to read any more books.

I think Voldie will use Hermione or Ron to get to Harry.

Voldie will be about to kill Hermione or Ron when harry comes in and is finally able to cast Expelliarmus on Voldie. :}

Expelliarmus didn't work very well last time he tried it on Voldemort. It might end up turning into another Priori Incantatem.

I suspect either Ron or Hermoine will be seriously injured at one point, but live on. Harry, however will probably do a sacrficial blow to Voldemort, taking them both down. Or he could also survive by a thread.

It hasnt worked well in the past, but Harry hasnt tried it for two years on Voldie.

I think Harry is strong enough.

Percy out of the Weasleys, because he's the "World's...Biggest...Git". Bill has suffered enough with his mauled face courtesy of Fenrir.
