wait it has nothing to do with what you like. Terminator was never a successful hit movie neither Schwarzenegger did anything good to help it. Why would you expect a change of actor will help the movie?

it even spawned a hit TV show.

The Terminator was a box-office hit. Terminator 2 was the highest grossing film of 1991, making a worldwide total of $519,843,345. Terminator 3 made a worldwide total of $433,371,112.
The Terminator franchise is very successful.

I've only seen the first 2 Terminator movies; haven't bothered seeing the rest.
Christian Bale playing John Connor definitely peaks my interest. I think he's got the intensity the John Connor character needs. Although I'd rather see CB in smaller films like he used to make, I think he can carry these Terminators as well if not better than any one else in Hollywood can.
Who else would you suggest for John Connor? Lets just go from there... |

What Terminator movies were you watching? They made tons of money, but I can understand how that's not successful...
No to Arnold. He's done acting. He's too old to play the Terminator, he's doing a good job as Gov. Let's keep him there.
This movie looks interesting, I'm happy they didn't give the role back to Nick Stahl, Christian Bale was a much better choice.
