Lupin I think he would be able to maintain a level head during the fight Sirius can get overly emotional

Sirius,maybe Remus when he was younger
Remus and Sirius are equally skilled and powerful wizards,but with Remus's lycanthropy that sometimes makes him weak near a full moon and ages him he could lose a duel.Sirius does fire spells off like a mad man which would make it hard for anyone to get a spell in.He was also more energetic and could use that to his advantage in a duel. |
