At the end with everyone else?

I did...and I shouted out Hagrid's back!! It was such a touching moment, thought I'd put it out there.

Hagrid comes back after being releasaed from Azkaban... he walks into the Great Hall where the end of the year feast is taking place. He goes up to Harry, they share a few meaningful words and then they hug. The entire school joins in on their hug except for Draco, of course.

You don't clap at movies? I clap at the end of movies if they were very good. Lots of people clapped at the midnight showing of the Dark Knight when I was there. It's a way to show appreciation to the people who made it and the people who ran the place to show it.

The only time I have ever seen anyone clap in a movie theater was at the end of Apollo 13. It was the first(second?) weekend the movie came out and I saw it at a huge, old theater in NYC. At the end everyone applauded. I was surprised, I had never seen people clap after a movie before. We all stayed through the credits and everything.

Clapping before and after a movie is dumb! It's not a stage play!

I agree, but I don't really think it's "dumb." People can do what they want, I guess. Razz
