Lily and Kellan linked arms and climbed up the big hill to the castle. When they got there, They went to the room of requierement (Sp?) and there was warm pajamas and Hot cocoa.

Lily smiled as the warmth from the room of requirement filled their chilled bones, "So why do you think they took us out there just to leave us?" she asked, still wondering about that.

Of course, Kellan could tell Lily wasnt that tired, But let it go. ":Theres not really anything interesting happening now, so i just want to sleep and get the night over with. You know what i mean?" As they walked up to the dorms, Kellan spotted a small, pink poster on one of the walls, it said

Mascarade ball
On the weekend next, there will be a Mascarade ball for students Fifth year and up. You will not be let in without appropriate dress and a mask.

"Oh my god! oh my god!" Kellan was almost speechless. "Lily, look, theres a mascarade ball! We can get our dresses tomorrow in hogsmead! Om my god, this is amazing! We havee to tell the boys in the morning! im sure they'll want to go with us! Oh my god! this is so exciting!"

Lil laughed, "Kellan! Calm down, you'll wake everyone." she said quietly, "Of course they'll want to go with us, unless James has another secret girlfriend who he's two timing me with." she said, "We'll talk to them in the morning though, let's go to bed." she said and continued upstairs.

James snuck back into Hogwarts with Sirius the next morning . He fell asleep on the rug next to the fire

Lily awoke early that morning and ran down to the common room. She stopped near the bottom as she heard deep breathing coming from the common room. She peered around the corner and saw James lying on the rug. She giggled and walked over, "Hey James!" she said in his ear.

Sirius looked up and round.. 'Huh?' he thought... 'Oh breakfast than hogsmeade...' he remembered as he grudgingly followed James, Kellan and Lily down to the Great Hall...

Sirius grinned at James "It sure was.. Glad Moony is ok though... Im Starving!" And on that note Sirius whizzed down the staircase into the Great hall and started to tuck into some toast and pumpkin juice...
