i will continually update this all the time as soon as i know about more confirmed actors. PM me if you know of some more. I just think it's pretty interesting to know who'll be returning and who won't. Thought I'd share

Geraldine Somerville - LILY POTTER (She's confirmed, yes!!)
*those are the only people confirmed right now.
After Half-blood prince, im sure the list will be very long.
the people im PRETTY sure would be in this movie, but havent been confirmed would be :
- Ralph Fiennes as Voldemort. OBVIOUSLY! (+ Nagini)
- Matthew Lewis as Neville Longbottom (obviously,)
- Bonnie Wright as Ginny Weasley.. (i know it.. her kiss with harry is gonna be so sexy)
- Micheal Gambon as Albus Dumbldore (King's cross scene)
- Natalia Tena as Nymphadora Tonks.. (7 potters and Battle of hogwarts of course*)
- Evanna Lynch as Luna Lovegood. (obviously)
- Mark Williams as Arthur Weasley. (in the wedding scene and battle)
- James Phelps as Fred Weasley (his death scene will be sooooo sad.)
- Oliver Phelps as George Weasley
- Tom Felton as Draco Malfoy ...... (the fiendfire scene & etc!)
- John Hurt as Ollivander! (I know it!!)
- Maggie Smith as Minerva McGonagall
- Jim Broadbent as Horace Slughorn...
- Joshua Herdman as Goyle . (the fiendfyre scene!!)
- Jamie Waylett as Crabbe . (his death in the fiendfire scene!)
- Clemence Poesy as Fleur Delacour.. (they should put her in this film because they cut her for HBP.)
- D.A. members from the room of the requirement and the battle of Hogwarts. Like Cho, Seamus, Dean, Lavender, Parvati, Colin, Gryffindor quidditch team & etc.. w/ their original actors
- Hopefully, we'll get to see Adrian Rawlins, Geraldine Somerville and Gary Oldman again (along with David Thewlis) as James Potter, Lily Potter, Sirius Black and Lupin walking with Harry to the forest! It would be so sad.
& the characters that'd BETTER be cast into this movie:
- Rufus Scrimgeour.. (he's not even in HBP , he should be in this one. he's pretty darn important)
- Aberforth Dumbledore
- Xenophilus Lovegood
- Bill Weasley
- Runcorn, Cattermole, Mafalda Hopkirk (Harry, Ron & Hermione polyjuiced @ the Ministry)
- ETC.

Someone mentioned to me over the weekend that Daniel Radcliff wasn't going to do one of the last two films. Please tell me this was a nasty rumor so I don't have to think about it anymore. I've not seen this on the internet or heard it from anyone else except one person. Say it isn't so.

that's just a stupid lie! of course daniel is going to do it -- this is what first made him famous, it started his career

He has definitely signed on to do both parts of Deathly Hallows.

In fact I think they should get rid of all the professional extra's and replace them with dedicated fans...aka everyone here at potterforum!
