I saw it, it had a few funny parts but I didn't think it was that funny. I don't really like Steve Carrel much though, I don't find his humor that entertaining.

then you shouldnt off seen the movie because if you dont like steve dont watch movies with him in it

They showed the funniest parts in the previews. And I watch a lot of movies.. so I saw the previews a lot. Kinda ruined it for me. But the movie entertained me.. I dislike Steve Carrell though.

It was pretty funny. I love Anne Hathaway. Carrell is hit or miss with me, but he was definately "hit" in this one.

I...have to disagree. I thought it was sort of horrible. The thing is, I watched the movie online, and it was split into 4 parts. The first 3 I watched were nothing but these 2 nerdy scientists developing, losing, and devising a plan to get back an invisible cloak. In these 3 first parts of the movie, I did not see Steve, The Rock, or Anne anywhere. The people listed as the stars, were not even in 3/4ths of the movie. That's just ridiculous. And the majority of the movie being about these 2 somewhat mediocre actors was just a no-no for me.

I don't think that you watched the actual Get Smart movie. Steve was in all parts of the movie.

mmm. even though its different from the original series. im happy they re-created it in a way. i think that if they tried to make it the same. it would just be disapointing. still funny but just not the same.
also the set up of the movie. worked well in the director's favour. it was better then making the movie as a continuation from the series.
.. people who have seen the movie will understand what im talking about. lol.
