i also hold in my feelings alot, and it really is unhealthy. i usually just every so often crack start crying or throw a tantrum or something. but i do find that expressing yourself creatively really works. i started drawing and writing and it really did make me feel better. that just might be me though, it's probably different for different people.

I do that all the time. Like today after maths. I just completely attacked (verbally) this dude for looking at me the wrong way. I don't tell anyone anything, I've lost trust in most people I know and for the others I just never bothered trying to trust them.

lol, it happened to me once, when i was in a trip, this dude was bothering about my choice of music. Too bad I couldn't hold it for a long time, and the outcome was pretty bad. We got separated for good

I hate when people quote the bible to me . . . You don't have to write your feelings specifically. You can just write stories and such. It's a great way to vent emotions in a sort of subconscious way. If Jo didn't do that, then we would never have Harry Potter! She used writing as her therapy. Anne Frank did it, too. She wrote some of the best stories that I have ever read!

writing though doesnt really provide a vent for my emotions but more for my ideas. its my drawings which allow me to vent. i love writing though, but i never complete my stories.

PM me sometime and we can talk if you like.

Thanks dracoholic Very Happy

The music thing is normally why that guy bothers me, but now I doubt he'll say anything to me. I've got a pretty bad temper when I want to =)

That's the same with me. Ask me to debate about something I'm all for it... Ask me to tell you what's going on in my head and I clam up like, well a clam. lol
