A couple of us received this message a few moments ago when trying to access the forums...

I done a google search and found this

Thanks for posting regarding the problem. You included everything I need to look into the issue. In all likelihood, this was a one-time occurrence.
Vandermorph, thank you for looking into the issue, but this is not related to what you posted. This is not a version compatability issue. The key portion of the error message was "User has already more than 'max_user_connections' active connections". In other words, something happened to overload the number of database connections at the time of the problem.

Something similar has happened to me and Jenn in the last week. |
By "one-time occurance", I am trying to describe an error that goes away after waiting a few minutes and doesn't occur repetitively or every time a certain action is taken. If this happens more than a couple times a week (which shouldn't happen), please report it.

I refreshed the page, nothing happened. I waited then refreshed it again, still nothing I did that a few times. Nothing changed so I closed it and when I came on now it was fine but it's happened a few times.

The server had to be restarted, and was down for about 5 or maybe 10 minutes during the time that you were having issues.
